Volunteer
We love that you want to volunteer at Reality and are looking forward to getting to know you. At Reality, we believe that ministry flows from relationship with Christ first and then with each other. It takes time to develop relational understanding. For that reason, we would like you to have been attending Reality for 6 months to a year before volunteering for most ministries, but for a few you can begin serving earlier. Additionally, allowing for that time frame of attendance at Reality will help us to be in the same flow of the Spirit and have some shared DNA as we begin to serve together.
